By accessing or using RefreshLeads AI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RefreshLeads AI is a B2B contact discovery platform that finds and verifies business email addresses using publicly available information and third-party data sources.

3. Account Registration

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You MAY use the Service to:

• Find business contacts for legitimate B2B purposes
• Verify email addresses you have obtained
• Build targeted prospect lists

4.2 You MAY NOT use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited spam or bulk emails
• Violate CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other anti-spam laws
• Harvest personal consumer data
• Sell or resell obtained email addresses
• Circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions
• Access data you are not authorized to access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Credits and Billing

5.1 Credits System

• Each discovered and verified contact costs 1 credit
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits reset at the end of each billing period
• Overage credits are billed at $0.22 per credit

5.2 Subscription Plans

• Plans are billed monthly or annually
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data Accuracy and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of email addresses
• Deliverability of emails
• Completeness of contact information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

7. Never-Repeat Guarantee

We guarantee that emails you add to suppression lists will not be surfaced in future jobs. However, we are not responsible for:

• Duplicates from external sources you import
• Contacts obtained before uploading suppression lists
• Technical failures beyond our control

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by RefreshLeads AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. API and Data Usage

If you use your own API keys (BYOK):

• You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms
• We are not liable for costs incurred from third-party services
• You must secure and protect your API keys

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your information. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RefreshLeads AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RefreshLeads AI from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay fees owed
• Pose a security or legal risk

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law
